I went here to get a disposable camera developed. I was told the development would take three working days and that I could come back later to pick up the negatives, but I was worried because I had to leave London before that.
Then Ustsav kindly told me he would make an exception and have it ready for me the next day. Thank you to him, I was able to pick up my negatives the next day! (In fact, he even sent me the digital files on the same day. This made me so happy!)

Very disappointing experience. I placed an order in October for a November birthday, giving more than enough time for delivery. The item did not arrive on time, and after two failed delivery attempts in December, I was told I would receive a refund. Months later, I am still waiting.
While staff answered calls and made repeated promises, nothing was actually resolved. This level of service is unacceptable, and I will not be ordering from Snappy Snaps again.

Went in for a simple LinkedIn photo — wasn’t told the price until after it was taken. They charged me £49.99 for one digital image, and £30 for each additional digital image. Meanwhile, passport photos are listed at £15 for four digital copies.
Completely unclear and unreasonable pricing. Feels dishonest — ask the cost upfront or even better would be to avoid this place altogether if you don't want to get scammed.
