Had a great experience getting some film developed and scanned with Kodak Express Kilburn. Had a bit of trouble receiving the scanned images via email, but was also sorted out very quickly by the team on WhatsApp

I've used this place on and off for years to develop my films, for the most part without any problems. The service is good and the turnaround is quick. But after the last time I brought a roll of film in, I have been hesitant to return. Sometimes I use a half frame camera and I understand that if I were to ask them to scan each individual negative frame it is time consuming and that would of course cost me more. The half frame camera doubles your photos, so a 36 roll becomes 72 pictures. It can be a lot of work. I completely understand. When I mentioned to them that the film I was handing in

They’re very quick with the development of film(usually within hours) . However I find the quality pretty bad of the development of film and the scan. I found other more specialized film labs to be much better.

Hassat was incredibly rude and unhelpful - When asked to print an a3 poster he 'forgot' to mention a white border which is automatically around images due to the type of printer would be around my image. He said this would be trimmed off. I then asked would it be exactly a3 if you're trimming a few centimetres each side. He said no but it's not a big deal. I had to reiterate several times that it is a big deal and it must be a3, to size, as im paying for! His constant response to this was its small and it doesn't matter. 1) This should've been told to me beforehand. 2) its not Hassats decision

Terrible experience – avoid this place at all costs! I went to this photography shop to get a passport photo taken and was charged £20 or £25 for an extremely low-quality, blurry photo. I later went to Sainsbury’s and got a much clearer, sharper passport photo for only £6! I was also charged £4 just to scan and copy one page — and even that was done poorly and looked terrible. This morning I went back and politely asked for either a retake or a refund. Instead of handling it professionally, the man working there was incredibly rude and aggressive. He kicked me out of the shop and told me I
