I approached them 3 days before my father's funeral asking them to print something that wasn't ready in a very short space of time. I emailed it to them 2 days before the funeral, and had 100 orders of service ready 1 day before the funeral. Each time I saw them, they were kind and sympathetic and ready to do anything to help.

I have contacted them twice , one for business logos and labels and one for personal photo work. On both the occasion they asked me to send email which I did with all the details but they never bother to get back to me with quotation. I wasted two crucial days in a hope that they are local and get it done nicely but they didn't even semd any response! I even did few chase up emails and calls but No, they do not have any curtsey to reply or take care of potential clients! Waste of time.Disappointed and never bother to remember them again for any kind of work.
