There is nothing that we could find fault with, the customer service was highly professional. We were put at ease from our very first phone call to after the funeral - all the staff were helpful and considerate.
David is amazing and such an asset to the company. He was sincere, sympathetic and helpful and has such a warm, caring personality. Through his lovely manner and personal way, he made it feel as though Mum's funeral was the only one he was arranging and didn't make us feel like we were taking up too much of his time but was always happy to be of assistance.
