There's a reason women don't report domestic abuse and one of yesterday's guilty vs not guilty verdict is the exact reason. When a case has all the evidence and it's still not enough to be believed. The witness care team 10/10. The magistrates themselves need to do some re evaluation of how they come to their decisions and understand what their actions and poor lack of processing a situation can do to individuals and families. Absolutely shocking.

Disgusted by the poor service. I was booked for 10am and my name was not on the list and stayed for 20 minutes trying to sort out the issue and eventually the same person who said she did not have my paperwork said she had them but could not read properly. I was seen at 4.30 pm .The judge was so unfair after I was robbed and restrained the perpetrator the thief was set free. If this perpetrator was a terrorist I would have been killed and the court would protect a terrorist exposing the public to a potential risk of being killed. Very poor time keeping. All my emails were not upadated stil
