Absolutely disgusting funeral directors avoid at all cost necessary unless you enjoy being treated like crap and made more upset from start to finish me and my family had nothing but upset
To the point of my late father being collected and brung into there care so we could view him to the point of no communication what so ever then a damaged casket when we did finally see him it’s just been heart breaking and stressful now the tip of the iceberg we requested a lock of he’s hair and they have now told us this was misplaced absolutely disgusting from the coop this is something we will never get
