At such a difficult time, Robin continually put me and my family at ease, and it turned out to be a service that all who attended said was a beautiful send-off.

Robins personal touch from the service to our visits to the funeral home was like they were part of our family. Deeply upsetting experience after years of trust
My family has used John Nodes Funeral Service, Ladbroke Grove, for decades and always trusted them to treat us with care and respect. Sadly, my recent experience arranging my relative’s headstone engraving has been deeply upsetting.
Despite months of clear communication and follow-up, my emails and calls were ignored, and important information that should have been explained from the start was never given.
