I cannot speak highly enough about the superb service we have received from Inga Vilkeviciute and the team. On a beautifully sunny day, our dear father of 98 years and 9 months was marvellously taken around our Crews Hill estate with many neighbours paying respect in their front gardens as the pristine horses and carriage followed by the limousines processed around. All communications were seamless and dad was collected from our bungalow with absolute sensitivity and timeliness. We are truly indebted to you.

We requested that my dad was clean shaven. Inga run through a check list 3 days before the funeral and said this had been done. On the morning of the funeral we visited my dad to put a few personal items in his coffin only to see he was unshaven. A “mistake” maybe or caught off their guard, as we had said no to visiting and changed our minds. Nonetheless upsetting for us. All staff to and from crematorium also at the funeral were polite and professional.
