Dee is such a lovely lady who always puts you at ease and you know everything will run smoothly. Caring, compassionate and friendly. The day my daughter and I walked into Blake & Horlock and was greeted by Dee we were confident everything was going to be just as we wanted. I had used B&H 14 yrs ago and was pleased with the service we received .

We used Blake and Horlock as my nan had a funeral plan with them, from the first time we called and Dee answered we knew Nan made the perfect choice!
They went above and beyond for us, nothing was too much trouble! Dee showed true empathy and care towards us all, making it so personal. When we went in to discuss everything it felt like Dee was just a friend/family member which instantly put us at ease.
