Helen was such a wonderful support throughout our whole journey with Collins, from answering the first phone call to the follow up email after the ceremony. Such a personal and considerate touch helped so much at a difficult time. The respect she and her team showed my wife’s late mother at all times was second to none. The support i got and still receive is a rare and beautiful thing.
