Both John and Charles have been very helpful these last few months. Mum died in January and my brother and I needed to inter her in the existing family plot to join our dad. We weren’t too sure of the procedures. I actually approached Charles at Chingford cemetery where he was working on a stone at the time but he took time to answer questions I had and gave me good guidance. His dad John is in the shop and was very welcoming and patient. When it came to the inscription on the headstone we worked on it together and nothing was too much trouble. I had never organised a funeral before, and at a very stressful and emotional time I was glad to have found a friendly and knowledgable company. The staff took take care of everything and guided me through this sad time. They answered my all my questions, and some I'd not even thought to ask.
All the staff were lovely and professional. A special thanks to Teresa, who I felt I could talk to like a friend.
The service on the day went like clockwork. I was worried how I would get my disabled mum to attend, but they managed this with no fuss.

I dealt with Charles and he really did go above and beyond for me/ my family.
Excellent communication from start to finish (even out the office he'd reply to me), gave me as many Computer aided designed as i wanted, even wrote my brothers name Chinese. The finished gravestone was exactly how i wanted it.
I spoke to Charles on the 28/08 and asked if it was at all possible to have it completed by the 07/09 (my brothers 1 year anniversary) and he went and completed it the next day.
Really appreciate their workmanship and compassion. Highly recommend.

For what should have been a very difficult time for us, Charles and his team have made us feel at ease and supported every step of the way. I can highly recommend this company. I found Charles to be so accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. Charles’ Communication emails were second to none and as a result our interment stone was perfect. It was placed within a few days of the interment. Also they smartened up the old head stone without any extra charge.
