I have mixed reviews of my service with this funeral home, as I have received mixed messages whilst organising the funeral.
I was initially told by Jack that I couldn't arrange a funeral without the death certificate, which I learned at a later stage was completely incorrect and this in fact delayed the entire process. I was told that he was new, but this still doesn't excuse giving out such incorrect information.
Jacqueline was really lovely and restored my faith in making arrangements through the Co-op.
