We had very respectful and good service here. The woman who dealt with us was very polite and had a lovely manner. She was also very knowledgeable about the procedures and all aspects of the coop service from dealing with the pre-cremation viewing to what would happen on the day and how we deal with internment.
I have no idea regarding costs as a different family member took care of this.
I would recommend their service on the basis that they were kind and considerate throughout.

Jade and Adam showed compassion from beginning to end and completely understood our wishes.
The celebrant that Jade recommended was Roya Collins, she was amazing and the service she conducted was perfect, my darling wife could not have had a better, more intimate send off.

The staff at Lancaster Road did their best to look after me and my brother and our mum who died.
I had questions for the Funeral Director after the funeral regarding how mum looked in the chapel of rest and the Director was very patient and understanding. I was happy with the explanation given.
