From the moment a teary wife and daughter entered the door of the East Dulwich office into Sue’s welcoming arms, the feeling of relief was overwhelming. From the booking to the service itself, I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Sue provided details of florist/celebrant and they were just as friendly. Would I recommend them? You bet. This is the third time over the years we've used William Dunphy Funeral Directors for family members. Each time the team have been lovely to deal with; professional, but friendly, dealing with all our requirements. So when he died last month, I contacted the office and earlier this week they conducted his funeral beautifully.

Do NOT USE !!😡😡Thought I would use a Local business to support .NEVER AGAIN !All I wanted was a simple cremation for my sister but the stress & poor communication was horrendous. ALWAYS felt like a ‘INCONVENIENCE’ if I called to ask a question or find out what’s happening. EXCUSES ALL the time about ‘lost paperwork’ not the right form , worst of all not preparing my sister in anyway ( excuses about not putting the requested clothes/ prays / photos on her ! Absolutely horrendous experience & hope these reviews get noted for anyone considering using these 😕😡😢
