Outstanding service from Patrick Ryan & Daughter. Rachael Kin is professionally knowledgeable, patient and kind. She gently but very capably talked me through cremation arrangements at a time when I couldn't get myself together enough to know what needed to be done or how to do it. While we went through various forms that needed to be completed, I was glad to learn that my husband was there in Patrick Ryan's own facilities, 'just around the corner' from where we sat, which I found very comforting.
