The funeral service was handled with care and professionalism, and my family appreciated the support during such a difficult time. The brothers who handled the initial process of booking the funeral and cemetery as well as picking my nan up from home, were amazing and did everything so quickly. May Allah reward you all we really appreciate this part of the service.
That said, we were dissatisfied with the ghusl process. It felt rushed and not fully aligned with proper Islamic guidelines. The two sisters that were in charge were having their own disagreements with each other throughout the ghu
