From the first call with Cath who is utterly amazing I instantly knew that I would use them for the funeral for my dad.
Cath was calm reassuring and the way she explained and dealt with us the family was top tier. It was so easy to talk to her and she explained everything in great detail. Even though its awful having to plan a loved ones funeral Cath made the whole experience less painful. Cath constantly checked in with us to make sure we were all okay and to keep us updated.
