We had a very nice experience with Jefferies. I lost my father a few weeks ago and it was my first ever funeral but Lauri made us feel super comfortable on the day. If I could give no stars I would have done .
My dad past away last week and on the same day of his death we had approached Jeffries. Lorrie was really lovely welcoming and everything you’d expect from a funeral director organisation. We then said we would keep in touch via email once my dads body was released from the coroners office . I had agreed to come in this Wednesday and when I had called on Tuesday to update on the situation she was very unprofessional and said well you was due to come in on Monday u can’t expect things to be done because you want it done . You haven’t instructed us so
