We chose Francis Chappell & Sons due to the initial first contract that we had we the eltham branch where I spoke to Pat , whom I must say has amazing people skill . As everyone in our position would know it being such a difficult time to be put at ease from the start was a big plus . Our position maybe a little different from other people as my brother was still with us at the time of our first contact but was terminally ill 300 miles away so also had to make arrangements to get him back to London at the time we were able to notify Pat and her team but there was nothing that was to much tro

Pat was excellent , dealing with our requests and needs, making sure that everything was explained in detail and answering our questions. She also called a few days after my husbands funeral to see how we were coping and offering any other help we might need.

Excellent experience with Francis Chappell in February 2024. Unfortunately staff seemed to have changed since. Initial arrangement meeting went fine, but have since been handed over to another member of staff and have had to repeat and re-confirm everything, then been given different instructions regarding visiting the chapel of rest and contradictory advice as to what is and isn't included in the pre-paid plan.
Avoid at least for now!
