I have just spoke to Jill about getting a square stone flower holder engraved with my late mother's name after recently placing her ashes in her family grave. I would have had an easier interrogation from the Gestapo. Without ascertaining the facts she made all sorts of wild accusations about what permissions I had broken and how I had potentially damaged the grave.
Found her unsympathetic and downright rude so will avoid using this branch again. One star is mandatory and reluctantly given.

Called on the off chance to see if they had any appointments to be abruptly told “no nothing I actually have one outside at the moment” and not even offered a different time. Not the sort of interaction you need at a sensitive time. This was Tuesday 13th at approx 2pm and we were calling as we wanted to compare quotes to Albins over the road. Safe to say after our first and only interaction we decided to stick with the extremely compassionate care of Albins
