We lost my beautiful Nan back in February of 2025 and Ts Horlock longfield was amazing, friendly and helpful. They helped us plan everything and gave her the send of she deserved. Recently we needed to get a new plaque for her cross as it was weathered and the lovely new owner Mel not only gave me a new plaque she also had it mounted on a brand New Cross. We chose T S Horlocks to arrange our mums funeral after using them many years ago for our dad. The service was as amazing now as it was then.
The arrangements were made by Ross and he was a pleasure to work with. He was kind and gave us time to discuss decision's amongst ourselves. There was no pressure to add anything we did not want. We trusted him to choose our celebrant and he chose Maria Williams. She was wonderful and we was so happy with the eulogy she gave for mum.

Couldn't ask for a better funeral service. Ross, Matthew and the team were very helpful and compassionate and made organising the funeral for my aunt that little bit easier despite it having to be arranged over a distance via phone calls and emails as I'm based in Cornwall.
