She is a warm and friendly lady and always brought a smile to my face during my loss. I ordered a head stone for my brother. The craftsman ship was of excellent quality to details. I writing this review on behalf of my cousin who ordered a Headstone for her mothers Grave.
She went there with a specific price and ordered the Headstone.
After she had agreed and paid, she then got an invoice through demanding extra money for bolts.
One of their staff phoned and apologised saying that she was having problems with her son! Maybe should should get a smaller stone.
I spoke to the manager Mark, there is no compassion and I would not recommend these people to anyone, especially as such a difficult time.
I only gave 1 star as there is not an option for 0.
