From start to finish Nicky and her team were amazing. It was like my Dad was going to be looked after by family, from taking him from his house they treated him with respect and understanding, Dads funeral took a while due to passing away so close to the Christmas break, then going to the coroner. We didn’t feel rushed and we could talk to Nicky regularly. Then organising the funeral was made very easy, no pressure at all to have the dearest. Absolutely cannot fault Nicky and the team at Dale and Sons. My dad passed away in Spain and I didn't even know where to start with the whole process of cremation and repatriation. Nicky was super communicative, kept me updated every step of the way and I didn't have to worry about a single thing. Even when there was a small hiccup with the Spanish documents, Nicky did everything to sort it out as soon as possible - and on a Saturday night, no less. I'd definitely highly recommend.
