Nicola at the Streatham branch was very patient, kind and supportive throughout. At mine and my families lowest moment, in our shocked state she was able to assist us in making decisions when we couldn't decide anything. On the day of the funeral everyone was kind and respectful. They made everything run smoothly and made my first experience of organising a funeral the best it could possibly be. I would definitely recommend them and would happily use them again.
