Started off so well..... ended in Dreadful communication, lack of accountability and no apology offered. Now just ignoring communications. Damaged coffin, didn't know where my father was for more than 2 weeks. No follow up after the day, no support from the Co-op head office. Quick to invoice though. Wish id withheld payment. Still waiting on answered to email. Avoid, get lots of local reviews first, wish i had and not just got one.! Sadly a terrible service at a significant time.
