I was a mourner at a friend's funeral recently and White Rose directed and ran it. The husband and wife owners Nick and Jacqui are local professional people and were very hands-on, ensuring personally that everyone was greeted well and helped to seats and that the service ran smoothly. I felt that they really cared and that it was not just another day's work for them - and they did this discreetly and unobtrusively. The celebrant also, to me, hit the correct tone. He was excellent.
