My personal experience wasn't good. There was a lack of communication and willingness to help. We outsourced all the items our self in the end. On the day of the funeral, the procession was extremely late again no communication. When we called the office to query, they were confused as Ian and co had apparently left a while ago and confused how they hadn’t already arrived.
The hearse driver seemingly left makeup marks all over the white casket. This was noticed by an attendee and wiped off as it was being lowered, which is ridiculously inappropriate. Overall I was very disappointed with the la
