I don't usually post reviews but felt like I needed to on this occasion. Rose the funeral arranger at the Kentish Town Co-op funeral care handled all the arrangements of my grandmothers funeral with the utmost care and compassion. She took us through every detail step by step, explaining things we didn't understand and always had time to reply to my emails and calls as she knew how important it was to me to give my grandmother the best send off we possibly could.
