This is the worst funeral home ever. We asked them not to cremate my mother’s remains on my birthday, they did so anyway, and two weeks later have failed to return her ashes. Would highly recommend you avoid this branch! Completely insensitive, incompetent and impossible to reach on the phone!

Avoid this company at all costs. Has contacted them numerous times about my mother's headstone., however nobody has the decency to reply to messages, emails or phone calls. Headoffice supposedly passed my details on to their Streatham branch, who never replied. Do not waste your time or money with this company, grieving families should not have to deal with this added emotional stress.
