The team were absolutely fantastic from the first time we contacted them. They were hugely reassuring and professional at all times. We chose the Sikh community package and Jo took us through all the details carefully and with empathy. As a family we felt our dad was well cared for at the funeral home prior to the funeral. On the day itself everything ran smoothly and the all the staff involved were so lovely. We cannot recommend Hergest and Cavell highly enough.
