After losing our newborn baby I was lost. Didn’t know what to do or how to start the preparations. I’ve search on google some funeral homes and sent an email with some enquiries. I was worried about arranging my husband's funeral. The staff at W Howard and Son were absolutely fantastic. Deborah Perry made my daughter and myself feel special and had time to talk to us. She explained everything and did not rush. On the two occasions we saw her we were there for an hour and half each time. The undertaker came to see us the day before the funeral to check details. The day of the funeral went smoothly. All the staff made sure that we were okay.
