From the first meeting with Spencer to my mums final journey everything was perfect, just like my mum.
When we first met with Spencer to arrange my beautiful mums final journey, he was very professional, caring and kind. Spencer made sure everything was taken care of and it was. Spencer handled everything, even the smallest detail. Any worries i had, and there were a few, Spencer reassured me every time.

I find this hard to write as it was such a sad occasion but W Uden and sons went out of their way to make this as seamless and professional as possible. All costs were explained, we could visit when we wanted and mum was treated with the greatest of respect. The whole process was extremely transparent and the staff were amazing. Spencer took us through everything and Lee was excellent on the day. I cannot fault any part of their service and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.
