I can not thank everyone at West & coe Dagenham enough, for the care they not only showed my late Nan, but also myself and family.
My mum and I, were met with Joan on our first meeting, honestly I don't think I've met more beautiful lady. The empathy and kindness she showed us throughout was amazing. We were able to visit my nan daily while she was being cared for, and every day she made us feel at ease.
Arranging a funeral is tough, but with Joan it felt comforting knowing we was able to give my Nan what she would have wanted and liked. Every little detail was put in place. All the staff were
