From first contact James at the Welling branch made our family’s experience so easy. Nothing was too much trouble, from reassuring check in calls to make sure we were happy with arrangements to sensitively helping us liaise with the crematorium. We felt no pressure to purchase additional items and liked that James was happy to meet in person for us to chat through options. The staff who attended the funeral were so professional and kind- the flowers were beautiful and almost a week later still look great. Highly recommend them as they made a terrible time so much easier and stress free. James
