I would like to sincerely thank Tina,Louise and the whole team for handling my father's funeral with such care and professlionalism.
As I am based in Exeter, much of the planning had to be done over the phone, and the team were incredibly accommodating and supportive throughout the process. They made what could have been a very stressful time feel calm and well organised.
On the day of the service everything was handled beautifully and with great dignity. The horses were absolutely fantastic and such a special touch.

My family used Elements when we lost my uncle and my cousin in the space of a few months, they were excellent from start to finish. Victoria had personally come out to our home to do the arrangements herself on both occasions Which was hugely appreciated and very kind of her, both funerals went absolutely perfectly, Victoria conducted both funerals and both times were done with complete elegance and professionalism through out even going as far as Surrey to conduct.
