We originally sat down and run through the arrangements at a very difficult time for us all having lost our Mum rather suddenly, however when it came to contacting them we rang and rang and nobody came back to us which was over 2 weeks ago. The phone kept going through to a Manchester call centre who were apologetic, but not something that you should have to do. I wouldn't go back to any Co-Op funeral care provider especially not in Sunbury. Have since gone to another provider.
