This was a great experience at such a sad time. As soon as I walked through the doors Graham Minchinton took us by the hand and all the stress and worry just instantly melted away and I knew we were with an expert and that everything was going to be ok. He made us feel like we and our loved one were the only people that mattered in the whole world during that time.
