Helpful staff, we filled out the interest form online and received a phone call. We were able to book an appt easily. Very thorough with helping us plan the funeral.
The day before we got a helpful phone call and on the day the staff that came were all respectful and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Absolute disgrace of a service, no staff available, don't allow you to see your loved one, was told firstly that we couldn't see my husband as the coffin wasn't ready then told they hadn't got him dressed yet, then the staff member had to "Pick Up her children from school" then told she was leaving at 14:00 and no one available, have now been told she has a meeting at 13:00. total disgrace, they are happy to take your money but offer an appalling service. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR LOVED ONE !!! I will never use the co-op again ! this is real, my children are devastated at the treatm

I also would leave no stars if I could. We contacted them with a pre paid funeral plan in place and because of this received zero customer service. I believe if we had been sitting there with an open cheque book we would have received a totally different experience. We were forced into the least popular time slots and allowed no space for manoeuvre. We were told that we could not delay by another week for returning relatives as it was too long after the death even though other funeral companies confirmed that this was not the case. Our relative was left at the hospital mortuary for over two we
