This business under Mel's management is second to none. Mel lives and breathes funerals and it appears there is nothing she does not know about them. All the excellent advice and guidance is given with respect, courtesy and thoughtfulness. Mel's task was complicated by the fact that my mum died whilst I was in Australia but she managed everything for us from 11,000 miles away and with a time difference of 11 hours. I cannot praise Horlock enough. Mel was especially wonderful. She helped me so much with choosing the right version of music and the time and care she gave me was incredible. Matt also came to meet with me and made everything seem far more manageable and hassle free.

My nan was buried in March last year and the previous staff did such a great job. Unfortunately the grave marker was spoilt so my Grandad took it down on Wednesday to see if anything could be done. The new staff were very pleasant and so accommodating to my Grandad's request. He had a new grave marker made by them the same day. He is absolutely thrilled. Thank you.
