Due to the strong reputation I telephoned the Co-Op and spoke to Monica the Bexleyheath Manager, who was informative, sympathetic and professional from the start.
She kept in touch with me and only invited me to the office when I felt ready to do so.
On arranging the funeral, Monica explained everything clearly with a "Can do attitude" nothing was a problem, this together with her mild caring manner made the arrangements so much easier.
