Sue from Abbey Wood was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Her compassionate and caring nature was felt by my sister and myself during the whole process after we lost our Dad. Sue took the time to talk to us and was very supportive and informative. My only slight criticism which is no way is a reflection on Sue. Both myself and my sister felt like the day my dad was cremated it would have been nice to a call that day to say that all went well. We were both waiting on a call that never arrived until the next Day. I feel that this should be something that the CO OP funeral care should
