We recently used Tender Touch (Bexley) and despite the difficult circumstances and upset for of our family that meant we required their service, they have been excellent. From Debbie and her colleague collecting our loved one from home in the early hours of the morning to Rina in the office. The kindness, care and compassion shown has been amazing. So, where do we begin....from the very 1st moment of walking into Tender Touch and meeting the lovely Rina right up to the driving through the exit at Kemnal Park after the service, we as a family were shown the utmost care & consideration by the whole TT team. The floral tributes we chose via the in-house florist were absolutely amazing and better than expected. Rina at Tender Touch was so caring and understanding she took away alot of our stress and went out of her way to give our dad the best funeral service. She even gave us a truly wonderful reverend Ben Cooper to do dad's service at Eltham Crematorium. The service was a lovely celebration of my dad's life Ben did our dad proud what a genuinely caring down to earth man. We paid for our wreaths through the florist that works with the funeral parlour I chose them out of the book. Rina is a total angel who helped us through a very difficult time. She recommended Ben to do the service and we couldn't have got anyone better. Everyone who attended had nothing but praise for Ben and how wonderful our dad's send off was. The flowers we ordered through Tender Touch were stunning and added to the celebration of a wonderful man's life.
