Laura was so helpful and made the process personalised and was a pleasure to deal with . The co-op gave mum a perfect send off, could not ask for better .

Such a delicate subject to speak about...but I waited about 9 months before giving this review on purpose.
I used this establishment to bury my father 9 months ago. Having done all the due diligence, compared 3 funeral homes, visited 7 cemeteries, I was so happy that I chose this funeral parlour. Helen was such a delight to deal with and Richard (Head bearer) was majestic!
At such a testing time, it helps to deal with professional people who know the business and are genuinely caring. I mean this in the nicest possible way but unfortunately, I will be using your services for all my funeral nee

I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the funeral home for supporting me during the most difficult time of my life. Your help was invaluable and I am forever grateful for everything you did. The last time I saw my mother before her cremation, she looked dignified and it was an important moment of farewell for me. Your attention to detail and care for every aspect of the ceremony helped me get through this difficult time with a sense of peace and respect. Thank you for everything.

The alarm is faulty at this branch (specifically the facility off Burntwood Lane), going off frequently in the middle of the night, sometimes for more than an hour. I’ve reported it more than once - months have passed and it has still not been fixed. The fan on the roof whirs so loudly at night it breaches legal limits, and there is frequent slamming of van doors in the early hours of the morning. I cannot comment on the treatment of the dead or bereaved, but clearly those responsible for the maintenance and running of this facility have little respect for the local living.

Back in 2015, my father passed away, and Crownhill CO-OP funeral in Plymouth was used. I cannot fault the service received from start to finish, where Chris was in charge. Then earlier this year, my wife's mother passed away, and Earlsfield CO-OP were used. My mother-in-law had already paid for her funeral plan years before, but as per her last request for changes, Hollie at Earlsfield dealt with my wife. Everything was straightforward, the hearse was changed from a car to carriage, and two horses were requested, but CO-OP charged for four horses. My wife did get a refund for the over charge,
