I used Nethercotts for the third time following the death of my mum. Jasmine was empathetic, thorough and professional throughout and kept me fully updated. Similarly, Vince talked me through the cremation prior to the day and, like Jasmine, answered all of my questions and tailored the service slightly in accordance with my wishes. I can't fully express just how grateful my whole family is to Tori and everyone else at Nethercott funerals who helped with my mother's funeral. It has been an incredibly difficult time in our lives, but they went above and beyond to ensure we felt supported and heard every step of the way. I've finally found time to write a review for Nethercott & Son. My mum-in-law passed away last March 2022. From the first point of contact to the funeral the whole team were excellent.
