Was great at sorting funeral, ever since it has been nearly 2 years and we are still waiting for our headstone they are now ignoring my phone calls, ont provide any update or help in any way, we’ve paid a deposit for this 18 months ago and we are being ignored and treated very badly

Where do I start!! Well let me tell you my Aunty passed away 22nd October 2024 and from making the arrangements up to today’s date, let’s start with her coffin that had chips underneath it but did my Cousin didn’t say anything no we left it but the funeral took place all went well, so my Uncle and cousin went and placed a order for her headstone now the family didn’t have a lawn grave so there was no need to wait for the soil to sink but my uncle and myself have phoned the funeral place my Uncle has called in so many times not once did they call him they said they would but never did!!! Poor poor poor! My mum passed in June 2023, still no head stone. Paid in full and nothing to show. A disgrace of a business!!! They should be shut down. The father , founder was a true gent. The new owner is a disappointment. Hold your head in shame!! Your dad will flip what you have turned his business into! Give my mum a good send off!!!!! You have my £thounsands. Do it !!!
