We had bought a funeral plan several years ago. Very easy process to let Co-op know of the death. Lovely ladies at East Finchley Co-op. Efficient guidance.and arrangement of funeral date etc. Garry (humanist) was lovely and very easy to deal with. Recommended florist for coffin spray - these were delivered to the Co-op and , again, very pleased with the flowers provided. There was follow up to ensure all had gone well. Jade funeral director was kind, helpful and the service went off without a hitch. Very pleased we went with the Co-Op

Funeral care is exactly the experience I received . On day one from our easily made appointment we was shown through the process and offered a variety of options . We was shown compassion , sympathy , valued advise and time to make decisions . All arrangement were made on this visit but we could have also provided further answers/choices on a following day.
The funeral on the day was exactly what my mother would have wanted and again we thank the whole team and Jade in particular who made all the arrangements from beginning to end happen . Rev'd Andrew providing the service was just the best

the people in the local office were very nice and very helpful. However the company policies were restrictive. We needed a long distance transfer of the coffin and they could only schedule that on Wednesday so we had to wait a week to get a date for the burial. Also the printing service for orders of service could only print in units of 4 pages (ie. 4 or 8 pages). these were both restrictive.
