Mark was an exceptional undertaker when it came to making sure my father was well dressed. Mark took great care to tailor custom the needs of my sisters and I, as we always saw our dad dressed to impress wherever he went. The whole experience went well from beginning to end on the day, everything ran on time due to Mark's time keeping punctuality. He really took care of my father's funeral and dealt with it personally. This didn't feel like a funeral parlour making money.
