Totally disgusting. They have now postponed my family members inquest hearing for the 3rd time. Absolutely appalling. Dates are set months in advance. We've been waiting months, to say a DR is on holiday is not acceptable!!!!
Families are grieving and need closure. Feels like the hospital has something to hide and these lot are helping that process!!!

Absolutely disgusting service never answer emails and never answer phones.... supposed to be supporting people who have lost their loved ones but instead making it more stressful.... the government need to intervene with this cowboy institution!

Absolutely appalling customer service. For a coroner’s office, I find the total lack of empathy unbelievable. Rude, curt and very unprofessional. The lady who answers the phone is incredibly rude.
Sort this mess out, you’re dealing with people who have lost a family member. The last thing they need is a this rudeness.

Nobody will respond to your phone call or your email. My mother died recently and they asked me for the details of the funeral home to send the body to. I have now emailed them twice and called multiple times to give them these details and nobody has picked up the phone or replied to my email.
This is already a distressing time and they all they are doing is adding to it.
