I could not recommend TH Sanders enough. Our Dad passing was the most difficult time. Thinking about arranging a funeral was so upsetting and stressful, but Amy and the team were amazing. From the moment they picked up the phone, they were so reassuring and took care of everything for us. When we lost our dear mum in December 2022 she had already had a funeral plan arranged . Amy contacted us from Fs Smith a couple of hours later to arrange a date and time to visit her in Staines in her office . We found her very caring and helpful with great empathy . She showed mums plan to us and continued to organise everything . Making the process so much easier to deal with ,nothing too much trouble ,we are very grateful for so much care .
