She was very professional and at the same time sympathetic and so calm. At the funeral service Mark and his team were very obliging and attentive. The team at Frederick Paine in Kingston are incredible. They listened and provided guidance after our father died and I genuinely felt they had our family’s best interests at heart. They are all naturally warm, compassionate - and when the time was appropriate they would lift the mood with their good humour.
